HG 1/144 Gouf Custom + HG Build Custom Ballden Arm Arms vs. HGIBO Shiden

Bit of a kitbash here. Built Ballden Arm Arms (BAA) stock, then removed some pieces. Took pipes and shoulderpads off of Gouf Custom to give it more of a Zaku I feel, then put new backpack on. It just rests on his shoulders. There isnt any room for the head to move, so it has a sort of Dom type thing where only the eye moves. Shiden lies on ground, defeated. All in all, fragile kitbash, but looks great. Im a novice builder, so no permanent changes were made because i dont want to mess up that kit yet and i dont have glue that works with gunpla, just warhammer glue. Also, terrible nubmarks and very visible seam lines. No gundam marker or panel liner usage either.

Sup! I bet those of you who thought i was a live in the first place had thought i was dead, but no! This is what i call the Franken-Gundam, an unholy failed abortion of a gundam made from all the kits seem in photo #3. You may notice that the seam lines and nub marks are god-awful, and you’re right! I dont have the time nor the tools to make these close to perfect. And the Astray whose head im using was my first gunpla so… yeah. The whole thing is a bit too Zeon, having used 2 Zaku-II’s, and a Gouf Custom. The only federation suits are an Astray and an RTX-65 Guntank, and the Gusion is from IBO. As you can see, i grew fond of using parts from the Guntank, as the two variants shown have either a main cannon arm or Guntank arm. My next gundam mashup will probably be only IBO. Cya!

I was at anime midwest today

It was really fun. Lots of really cool cosplays and lots of shops, as well as cool stuff to do. I mostly just bought stuff but I also did some karaoke. I had a great time. I only brought $70 because I’m saving up for a new computer (old one broke after power outage). I’ll post the stuff i bought too. Overall great time, much bigger than Con-Alt-Delete, which I’ll be going to again this winter.

HGIBO　イオフレーム獅電その３-完成-

獅電完成です、鉄血終了前に終わってよかったー。
モデグラ付録のデカールは鉄華団ではなくテイワズを選択しました。
今までのガンダムあるあるなＭＳカラーリングとは違い、
四肢が濃くて胴が薄い色という配色は経験値がないので悩みましたが
獅電の基本的な配色は変更せずに塗ってみました。

鉄血だし必要かなとウェザリングしたのはいいんですが、エナメルの強度的に
撮影のためポーズ付けすると汚しがガンガン剥がれるというジレンマ。
コートもしたんですけどね・・・困ったもんです。
